The High-Capacity Powered Capstan enhances lifting capacity and stabilizes cable tension in various operations. It enables up to 36,000lbs cable tensions, increasing logging cable lifespan and reducing wireline winch stress. With two hydraulically powered wheels, it provides 18,000lbs of hoisting assistance.

Comprising a capstan winch, hydraulic power pack, and electronic control panel, it reduces tension by up to 18,000 lbs and maintains constant drum tension. This efficient system is ATEX and DNV 2.7-1 compliant.
